The Cut by Gilles Belley modules do not have a bottom. Once stacked to create the chosen storage volume, they also constitute space partitioning elements. Loaded with books and objects, they also become an acoustic barrier. The principle of vertical slats oriented at 45° not only structures each module, but also maintains the illusion of complete transparency. This clever geometry saves real space, the depth is increased, and large-format books can then be easily accommodated on the shelves.
 
Cut is a series of mono-material modules to be assembled like simple bricks. The modules combine to meet different space configuration needs.
